Visitor can check-in at any of the counter and collect their badge; we connect all the counters with networking, which will track real time data. We search with registered visitors name/email add/phone no., after authenticating prints his name badge on the spot.

This whole process takes only 30 seconds.

Kit Distribution:

We have dedicated software to track the distribution of delegate kits. Our software keeps record of delegates who have taken their kits.

For lunch/dinner tracking, we install bar code unit at the entry of each gate to stop trespassing and plate count.

All this is possible with the help of servers. We install server at the venue and connect all the system with them, which helps in monitoring all the actions live and also keep your data safe.
